We offer a wide variety of packaging in the form of coils, spools and cut lengths. All items are clearly labelled with customer’s order number, alloy, dimensions, weight, cast number and date. There is also the option to supply neutral labels or labels with the customer’s branding on them. Special packaging to individual requirements may also be available on request.
We deliver globally and all products are securely packed suitable for transporting by road, air courier or sea.
Depending on shipment size and exact delivery location:
- Deliveries within the USA from time of shipping are typically 2 days
- Deliveries world wide from time of shipping are typically 4 days.
Shipping
We typically manufacture your wire and ship within 3 working weeks, which our customers report is the best in the industry. If you have an urgent requirement and require your wire in a few days, ask for our Emergency Manufacturing Service (EMS). This premium service ensures we supply the weights and quantities of any wire you require in the fastest time possible.
Delivery times
If your finished wire is not available from stock, your wire will be manufactured to your specification and shipped to you typically within 3 working weeks. Our courier service will then have it in your dock typically 2 days of shipping. If your delivery time is truly urgent, ask for our Emergency Manufacturing Service (EMS).

Large size range from 0.025mm (.001”) to 21mm (0.827”)
We operate from two state-of-the-art factories which, with continual investment in the latest technology and machinery, produce precision wire sizes from 0.025mm (.001″) to 21mm (.827″) in small batches and medium volumes.
Order Quantity ranging from 3 metres to 3 tonnes
We manufacture the wire you require in the quantity you require it. Our world class manufacturing performance gives you a flexible order quantity ranging from 3 meters to 3 tonnes, meaning you only pay for what you need.
Delivery within 3 weeks
Our lead times are short because we stock in excess of 400 tonnes of more than 60 ‘High Performance’ alloys and, if your finished wire is not available from stock, we can manufacture within 3 weeks to your exact specification.
